HMS Open house will be Wednesday, August 27th from 4:30-6 PM. Meet the teachers, practice locker combos and get your questions asked.
Student schedules will be mailed out next Wednesday to parents of students with completed Powerschool forms. Please bring your schedule with you to the Open House. See you there!

A lot of your child’s school supplies are provided by the school, however we know students like to buy new school supplies and there are certain things that teachers often run out of. So please consider sending your child with the following:

If so, their glasses. shoes, hoodies and more could be in the lost and found!
Students can claim items tomorrow at school, or parents are welcome to come take a peek Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 8AM to 4PM. Unclaimed items will be donated on Friday. There are also a few phones in the office! #runtheship #piratepride

Pirate Nation!! We have some great news. Suzanne VanderZanden and Cindy Zost were nominated for the 2025 Make a Difference Award. This award is presented by the West Shore ESD Parent Advisory Committee to honor school staff, peers, parents, and businesses that go above and beyond for students that have disabilities in our community. Suzanne and Cindy both demonstrate all of the characteristics that the committee sets out to honor each year. We are lucky to have them both at Hart Middle School. #runtheship #piratepride

HMS Band Concert will take place this Thursday, May 8th at 7:30 PM in the Middle School Auditorium. Students should arrive at 7 PM in the Cafeteria with their instruments and music ready to go. They should wear nice dress clothes: black pants or khakis, dress shoes, dress shirt, nice dress, etc.. - no hoodies, jeans, or tennis shoes.
