This is a friendly reminder that tomorrow is PJ Day. Santa will also be at DWECC from 2:30-3:30 just in case you would like to take a picture with Santa. Remember to read over winter break and have a wonderful holiday with your family.

Reading logs are due for November. Please either complete the monthly form or use the QR code. It is now time to start signing up for Parent Teacher Conferences. Those will be held during the week of December 16th. Spirit Week is next week and Family Engagement Night is December 12th from 4:30-6:00. We hope to see you tomorrow so you can enjoy a snack and do a fun activity with your child in the afternoon. Friday, November 22nd is our Play and Learn from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thanksgiving break is right around the corner. Stay warm and dry!

This is a friendly reminder to turn in the RSVP for the Make It, Take It event that is held on Thursday, November 21 at 2:15. We will be ordering a blueberry muffin for the adult that shows to enjoy snack with your child. There will also be a fun turkey math game that you will get to do and take home! Picture retakes are also this Wednesday! Thank you.
The community is invited to join the Superintendent for donuts and coffee to discuss a potential bond for Hart Public Schools. This event is open house style. Come anytime between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, stay for as long or as little as you want, and drop in when it's convenient for you. Your opinion matters! And free donuts (who doesn't love donuts?) We hope to see lots of friendly faces there! Remember, our schools are better when we all work together, and all voices are heard. We hope to see you on November 12th!

Please take some time to read over our newsletter for November. There are two phonogram videos that you and your child can watch over and over again to practice the sounds that the phonograms make. This will help prepare your child for Kindergarten! There is a ton of information in there as well. Enjoy!

Did you know October is Fire Prevention Month? Our littlest pirates at Diman-Wolf Early Childhood Center were able to see our Hart Area Fire Department Truck up close today!

The weather is starting to get colder so please ensure that your child is dressed appropriately for the weather and label all outdoor attire. Family Engagement Night is tomorrow from 4:30-6:00. We are looking foward to seeing you then! Also, please wear GREEN tomorrow for Dwarfism Awareness Day!
Reminder- GHSP is hosting a Feeding America Food Truck Event in partnership with United Way of the Lakeshore. The event will be held on Friday, October 25th, 2024, from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Food will be distributed in the GHSP parking lot at 1500 Industrial Park Drive, Hart.
We are very excited to see all of our DWECC families this Thursday at 4:30 at our Family Engagement Night! Students can dress in their Halloween costume but please note that some of our activities might be a little messy. Please call the office if you have any questions: 231-873-6201. Thank you!
