There are two exciting events next week at DWECC. Our Parent Cafe Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 4th from 1:30-2:30 and our Family Engagement Night will be held on Thursday, March 6th from 4:30-6:00. We look forward to seeing you there!

Our Head Start field trip to Sandcastles Children's Museum is tomorrow, Tuesday, February 25th. For those parents that are attending, we will arrive at the museum around 9:15. We will leave the museum around 11:00/11:15. We are looking forward to a memorable time!
Just a reminder that our Make It, Take It event is tomorrow, February 20th at 2:15. Not only will you get to have snack with your child, we will also be giving away many items and books! We look forward to seeing you tomorrow!

-Project Focus for Spitler and HMS are canceled
-All Middle School after-school sports are canceled
-High School Cheer is canceled
-The varsity girls home basketball game vs. Manton will still take place today at 5:30
DWECC Parent Cafe Meeting has been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 4th from 1:30-2:30. There will be a $15 McDonald's gift card for each particpant that attends. We hope to see you then! We are so excited that we have about 40 families that will be attending our Make It, Take It event this Thursday starting at 2:15.

Please continue to turn in your RSVPs for the Make It, Take It event for Thursday, February 13th at 2:15. You don't want to miss having a snack and doing a fun literacy game with your child. They will also get to choose a free book. Your child can also wear red or pink that day. Thank you for turning in Reading Logs! Enjoy the sunshine today!
Please SAVE THE DATE for PreK Roundup on March 25th from 4:30-6:00. This registration event is for any 3 or 4 year old who qualify for Head Start or any child who turns 4 by December 1, 2025 for GSRP. There will be a photo opportunity and free books. We will also raffle off a Lego set. See you then!
