The cold weather is here! Please make sure you send your child with all of their labeled winter gear: winter coat, snowpants, boots, hats, waterproof gloves or mittens. We go outside for recess when it feels like 20 degrees or higher so please plan on winter gear everyday. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

This is a friendly reminder that our Family Engagement Night is tomorrrow, October 23 from 4:30-6:00. Students may dress in their costumes if they wish to but some stations may include paint and/or slime.
As it gets colder outside, please dress your child in warm (labeled) apparel.
On Friday, October 24th, Head Start and 5 Day GSRP have a full day of school.
On Monday, October 27th students are encouraged to wear the color green to support Dwarfism Awareness Day (10/25).

G.H.S.P is hosting a Feeding America Food Truck Event in partnership with United Way of the Lakeshore. This event will be held Friday, October 24th, 2025 from 5 pm until 6:30 pm, or until all the food has been distributed. Food will be distributed in the G.H.S.P parking lot at 1500 Industrial Park Drive, Hart. Follow the signs for traffic flow. This event is not income based and anyone that comes will receive a portion of the food.
