This is a friendly reminder that the GSRP field trip to WSESD is tomorrow, April 30th. Please wear comfortable tennis shoes and make sure your child is dressed for the weather as we will be outside for an hour.

Head Start and 5 Day GSRP will have a full day of school on Friday, May 1st.

Good morning DWECC families,

This Thursday, April 23rd from 4:00-6:00 p.m. we have another opportunity to enroll your preschooler! Please spread the word if you know of a family that will have a 3 or 4 year old by December 1st. Spots can fill up fast so please enroll sooner than later.

I also wanted you to know that we took a proactive approach and sprayed our playground for ticks last Friday afternoon.

Although the sun is out, it is quite cold. Please dress your child in warm attire to go outside.

Please remember that Head Start will have to make up school on May 1 and May 22. Thank you!

PreK Roundup for DWECC is tomorrow, Friday, March 20th from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. We will have packets available or you may pick one up in advance. Please make sure you enroll your child ASAP to ensure a spot in either Head Start or GSRP. Our 5 day GSRP section will definitely fill up fast so enroll soon! The Hart Public Schools Meet the Candidates event, Board of Education Meeting, and Pre-Labor Day hearing have all been rescheduled to Monday, March 23rd. All are invited to attend.

Hart Public Schools' Board of Education Meeting is cancelled due to weather. This also means that the scheduled meet-and-greet with candidates, 2nd-round interviews, and calendar hearing are rescheduled for the following Monday, March 23rd.

Diman-Wolf Early Childhood Center is now enrolling for the 2026-2027 school year. Our first date for PreK Roundup is Friday, March 20th from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. We are also offering two additional dates on April 23rd and May 15th.

Our GSRP Program is open to any child who turns 4 years old by December 1st and all income levels are accepted. We are also offering a 5 day option that is first-come, first-served. It is best to enroll sooner than later because spots can fill up fast for any program.

Our Head Start Program is open to any child who turns 3 years old by December 1st and are income eligible.
